Mmm my day of insanity food! Super important tip if your gonna attempt insanity… WATER WATER WATER. Dieters, healthy nuts, people who are pro Ana, people who just want to be in shape beat this tip to death but I must say it as well. I was so dried out when I first started this, from how much you sweat! It’s crazy! My lips were super chapped, and my face looked like it was pealing from a sun burn or something. I can’t tell you enough, water! DRINK it! :)
I got my very first tattoo today!!!!! It’s an ambiagram! One way says Kairi and the other way says love. Kai is my daughter! I LOVE it!
Yesterday was cardio recovery, it’s pretty much INTENSE stretching, while you are doing it, you feel the burn everywhere, and for me it was difficult to complete or hold the stretches as long as they did. So while I was doing it it felt like a great workout. Today, it almost feels as though I cheated lol because I’m not as sore like I usually am after insanity! But tonight is just CARDIO and I’m sure it gonna be… Well INSANE lol
